Select List Item: Part 1

If you need to select an item from a drop-down list with different options, you need to use the “Select List Item” activity from the “Web Automation” group. Please note that only the standard HTML dropdown lists are supported. First of all, we need to define the browser element that will be used for it. This can be done in Studio using the Browser Picker. Also it’s important to remember that “Chrome Native” is recommended for “Select List item” activities.

  1. Choose the element by using the browser picker and select the required value from “List item”:

  1. Check that “Chrome Native” is set as Browser to use in the Project settings:
