I saw your workflow. It is fine. But with this method Read File activity does not recognize the path. So you have to pass some path to this activity in order to access Read the file.
You can do it in several ways. For example:

Pass variable to the activity.
-
Put your paths in some excel file. Read excel file. Save the path in some variable. Pass it to both activities, File found and Read file.
