Problem with start studio after update

Hi!

We’ve just updated Studio to the latest version and encountered with a problem to start a programm.

Here’s an error Unhandled exception: Cannot use ‘in’ operator to search for ‘bitStringContents’ in

We have proxy that’s open to entirely internet.
We tried to switch off antivirus, but nothing happend.

What is the requirement to start the new version of Studio?
