Im trying to open the application “Forticlient”. When I do, I get the following error. A Javascript error occurred in the main process.
The application runs fine when opening it via the desktop. Any suggestions ?
I don’t know what the problem seems to be exactly nor how to solve it. But if I were in your shoes, I’d change the automation so that the bot opens the application via desktop, since that’s been working just fine for you.
You can also open a ticket at the Support Center to understand the issue.
