I am new to electroneek and trying to login to a windows laptop. It doesn’t log me in at all to the platform.
Wondering is there’s anything i am missing on windows 11.I can log in with mac with no issues but i cannot on windows which is where i will be running my bot runner.
Whenever i add all my credentials to login, it just loads and stays still on the login page without actually signing me in to the dashboard
Are you trying to authorize in the Studio Pro or on the Portal itself?
In both cases, there should be no issue with Windows 11. You can check if you see the same in Chrome browser (the latest version) and try using the incognito mode.
Hey there @a.polianskii , thank you for your response. I have done that. Logged in incognito and still have the same issues. The interesting thing is when i log into my mac, it logs right into my account with no issue. Here is a loom i shot for context:
Does this machine belong to some domain network? Have you tried to authorize on another Windows machine which is not connected to the same network? As you already mentioned, it’s working fine on your Mac machine, so this should be some network restriction or firewall/antivirus issue.
You can also review this case with the IT team of this network to understand which network limitations could lead to this.
@a.polianskii This is a brand new laptop i just got specifically to run electoneek on. I purchased a dell that meets all the requirements to run electroneek and run into the same issue. I returned it thinking it was the laptop and got another one. I shot off my firewall yesterday to try and log in and still had the same issue with the firewall off.
I tried mozilla, edge and chrome both incognito and non incognito.
I am not sure what’s going on here and no this is not a network laptop. It’s a 3 day old laptop i just got from amazon.
Interesting. Are the both laptops connected to the same Internet Service Provider? If so, could you please try switching to a completely different hotspot (for example, the mobile data if it’s different one)?
Before doing so, clear the browser’s cache to ensure a clean test, or alternatively, use incognito mode.
Additionally, please check if you can access and authorize using this URL: Authorization (the login page redirects to it during the authorization process).
