I got a new license.
When I open the agent, the license is active.
When I open the DEV tool, it hangs, asking for license…try to apply the license, but it does not work.
please advise? webex to view the problem?

Please, check electroNeek Agent to see if the old license is selected. Click “Change a license key” and select the key with the new license. If it doesn’t help, try restarting and reinstalling the platform.
If this doesn’t work either, please record a video showing your problem, your key selection and the error that appears when you run the algorithm.
