Hi Team,

I have submitted the video on 14-03-2024 for the IDP user review for “Process a document using IntelliDocs API” for the certification process. the video still shows that it is under review.

Since the support center for my account isn’t available, I am posting in these channels.

If there is option to submit again. Do it. If not, I would say email electroneek support on care@electroneek.com. Let them know about your issue, they’ll definitely look into it and provide you a solution.
