Hi @Hemchandmaurya , you can use READ EMAILS activity and specify in the “MAIL FOLDER NAME” property the name of the folder of the sent mail (in my case “Posta inviata”)

add your accout to outlook app then use Read Email from Outlook activities (with red icon)

Our requirement is with the gmail suite.will it work with outlook app?

Taking a look at the configuration, it looks like you have everything set correctly. There is no need to import your gmail account into outlook.

What I suspect the issue is related to is the “Date from” property. By default if this is blank, it will only return emails found that were sent/received in the last 24 hours.

Is there any change if you expand this to a larger time frame?

Hi,

It works for me but when I am using another Gmail account and doing the same steps but not working for the other Gmail account.
