I am running it via workflow and hitting this error when open url activity.
when i run it via studio pro doesn’t seem to be having the same error.

No I haven’t. I notice Chrome Selenium is working but we stopped using Chrome Selenium due to problem with verify human so we are very much into using Chorme Native but unfortunately this stopped working since last week.
I don’t know how to reach electroneek support as the “Support Center” in my portal is not showing and the email care@electroneek.com bounced back and I haven’t been getting traction on community forum as well.
I am seeing the same issue too, was there a resolution offered?

There are a variety of possible reasons why you’re seeing this error. Before any further troubleshooting, please make sure that you are on the latest version of Bot Runner (12.0.13 as of writing) and the Browser Extension (12.0.12 as of writing). Make sure you have no other versions of the Extension other than the official one obtained from this URL: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/klbcnlhohocopolmhfmhmmkekflfiimo
Once you’ve made sure of that, ensure that the Extension is active, and that there is no external software or policy in your machine that is blocking Bot Runner in any way (like an antivirus or a firewall).
