I know that part of our package is so many hours of expert help to analyze and enhance our processes; however, I am not sure how to get 1:1 time with an expert. I would like to go over all of our processes that I built in Phase 1 of our automation to see if anything can be changed to improve overall efficiency, etc.
Also, is there a way to view the contact information for our Customer Success Manager? I could’ve sworn that information was on our Billing page, but I no longer see anything. Did it get removed with the last update?
