Bot scheduled to run on daily basis but it failed due to below error and when try run manually it worked.
“There is no screen on machine. May be RDP session is closed or minimized”
What could be the issue and how to resolve it ?

Is this bot running on a Virtual Machine? If so, you must ensure you have the correct setup on this virtual machine for the bot run on it when the sessions is closed. For that, there is two ways to setup and you can check them in this article : Working with a closed or blocked RDP window – ElectroNeek Help Center
If it does not correct the situation, please contact support so they will be able to deeply analyze the situation in your environment.
