Hi,
we are trying to open the bot runner on a colleague’s machine but it returns this error; so we tried on a different pc (v8.6.8) and got the same error.
Last month the Bot Runner worked fine.

Hi @daniele_arcangeli this problem occurs because the software has been updated, you can put studio pro and bot runner folder in windows firewall exceptions. It is best to perform updates as a system administrator.
