This one should be fairly easy. Essentially, we should be able to use a variable in the Select List Item parameter to identify the item in the list that applies to the particular scenario. This would be much more reliable for selecting items than, say, to use “Input to Browser” or “Input to Desktop App” to type parts or full words/phrases. Also, with such in place, we can begin to utilize stronger logic–for example, if we need to select one of any number of reason codes or if we need to convert an abbreviation to its full name in the select box.
